Chloe Largent, Jorja Hoover Named Honorable Mention All-Conference

Two Charger underclassmen were awarded honorable mention status by the WCAC girls' coaches at the all-conference selection meeting. Freshman center Chloe Largent and sophomore point guard Jorja Hoover were the only Chargers selected by the coaches.

Largent averaged 7.6 points per game and was the second leading rebounder for the Chargers with 105. She also led the team in blocked shots with 25, fourteen of which were in conference play. The fourteen blocks place Largent tenth in the WCAC.

Hoover averaged 4.5 points per game and led the Chargers with 79 assists for the season. Her fifty assists in conference play was good for a third place tie in that category. She also came up with 30 offensive rebounds which placed her eighth among WCAC players.

Other Chargers who finished in the top ten in various categories included Kennedy Young who hauled in 90 rebounds in conference play, good for seventh place. Genevieve Hoover and Kylie Young ranked seventh and ninth respectively in steals with 36 and 34.

The Chargers finished the season with a 9-13 win-loss record, including a 6-9 record in WCAC play, good for a three way tie for sixth place.
